Our Story

For over two decades, our family has dedicated the verdant grounds of Bellevue Orchard to the production of lusciously sweet apples. We have used the abundant harvests of these crimson-hued delights to craft sumptuous apple juice and our trademark Australian cider, a hallmark of our family's legacy. The delightful symphony of sweet and tangy notes in every sip of our Australian cider has allowed us to cultivate orchards and a strong bond with the community.

Nestled in the serene countryside of Officer Victoria, Bellevue Orchard stands as a testament to our family's unyielding dedication and passion. Having been under our meticulous care for three successive generations, Bellevue Orchard is not just an orchard but a cherished heirloom that we proudly call our own.

In 2012, with a vision to diversify and bring a slice of history to our beloved orchard, we embarked on an ambitious endeavour. With much deliberation, we resolved to plant an exquisite range of heritage cider apple varieties within the bounds of Bellevue Orchard. The chosen varieties are celebrated for their rich history and unique flavours. We believed they were destined to add an unprecedented depth to our Australian cider offerings.

Australian Cider Awards -Trattore Wins Double Medals

Trattore has been awarded two silver medals for our Earthen Pear Cider and New World Cider.

The awards serve as a grand gathering for the close-knit Australian cider community, rejoicing in the splendid array of Australian ciders and celebrating those who excel in crafting this beloved drink. In each category, bronze, silver and gold medals are handed out, depending on the points scored. The one that rises to the top with the highest score is crowned the best in its class and bags the much-coveted trophy for the entire category.
