A unique, intensely-flavoured, non alcoholic boutique sweet cider, made from heritage cider apples on our orchard in West Gippsland, Victoria. Our winemaker, Norman Lever, crafted this cider from Frequin Rouge, Kingston Black, Foxwhelp and Breakwell's Seedling heritage apples. Trattore Zero is not just an apple juice, it is fermented like a true cider, only without the alcohol.
Yeasty, malty, apple-cake aromas with sweet shortbread notes, matched with a palate of sweet toffee-apple flavours with hints of apple pie, shortcrust pastry and some yeasty characters. A good, freshening acid bite balances the sweetness and leaves a lingering apple compote aftertaste.
Trattore Zero is suitable to drink on its own, or match with cheese, charcuterie or wintery desserts such as sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel tart or spiced apple pie.
Our quality boutique non alcoholic cider is made for the cider lover, choosing to drink less alcohol and drink better or those wanting something different without substituting the quality.
